Shipping is free within Australia for orders of $150 and over!
WHERE WE DELIVER TO
We send to Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and Europe within 3 – 5 working days from the date of purchase.
HOW DO WE DELIVER YOUR GOODS
We use Australia Post for all shipping via Registered Post.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will make every effort to deliver parcels as quickly as possible, however we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery. Orders are sent with Australia Post.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Grenfell Shoes if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we may not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
You may return/exchange any purchased item which is new and still in its original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition, with original tags attached. We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date and let us know your intention to exchange/refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost. For exchanges, we will resend the new exchanged item for free without any additional charges.
Grenfell Shoes takes the utmost care to ensure that all items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched however; we do strongly advise that all items are tried on by you on receipt of your order to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please notify us immediately if you wish to return your item within 7 days of the delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to check the items for fit in the provided time frame.
Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. We allow for only one free exchange, any exchanges thereafter will incur delivery costs.
Please choose carefully. No refunds or exchanges on reduced shoes offered.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
